    • Lacking a cover letter when available

    Awards Honors Or Achievements

Dont hide your achievements! Make sure to list all awards and honors that are relevant. You should also share some details about who gives the award or what you did to earn it. Entry-level nurses may not have as many professional accomplishments, so the section can be lower on the page. But be sure to mention awards you won in school, such as graduating with honors, top of your class, or anything else that can set you apart.

Add A Resume Summary Or Objective Section

As with most resumes, it’s usually best that you start an entry-level nurse practitioner resume with a summary or objective. A summary showcases your previous relevant achievements, while an objective states what you’re hoping to achieve in the future. Whichever you choose, it may be easier to write it after you write everything else, as you’ll have your own resume as a guide.
