Once you have done all the research, customize the cover letter and resume for the person who will read it. Try to put yourself into the shoes of the person who is making the hiring decision. Ask yourself, If I were this person, what challenges might I be experiencing? Create a list of as many possible challenges as you can think of. Then, rank the challenges in the order you think might be most important to the interviewer.
