If youre signed in with the same Apple ID on all your devices and have iCloud Drive turned on, deleting a custom template deletes it from all your devices.
In the template chooser, Control-click the template name, then choose Rename or Delete.
If youre renaming, type a new name, then press Return.
Custom templates always appear in My Templates in the template chooser. You cant rearrange templates, and you cant delete templates that came with Pages.
